Years ago, we realized that the snacking aisle was filled with compromises. That's when we discovered the ancient practice of sprouting. By soaking and germinating our nuts, we not only awoke their natural sweetness and crunch, but we also made them easier to digest and far more nutrient-dense. It was a revelation.
